## Notes

## Summary

### End-of-June Close Review

- GL actuals came in close to estimates, off by ~$200K from some reversals
- PO spend estimates marked in column J; non-PO spend also notated
- Journal entry booked before break to capture all figures
- Flagged as one of the most efficient month-end closes done to date

### TikTok InvoicesB

- Some invoices just received; being tied out now
- No issues flagged, just in-progress reconciliation

### Microsoft Supplier Transition

- Spend and commitments still under existing supplier as of June 30th
- Switch to new Microsoft entity confirmed for July
- Legal consulted to ensure smooth transition on paper
- No additional action needed from the other team beyond a heads-up when the switch occurs

  - Marketing supplier list will be pulled once the new entity is live
  - Legal entity name already provided

### Next Steps

- **Send heads-up when Microsoft supplier switch goes live in July**

Needed so the correct entity is pulled into marketing spend reports.

## Transcript

**system**: Love it.

**system**: I hope everybody had a good break.

**system**: Yeah, you too.

**system**: Did you get any time off?

**system**: I'm taking. So I'm technically.

**system**: Off today, and then I'll be back on Thursday. But as I was telling Beth, this was my big plan for the day, so. Well, thanks for tuning in crunching the numbers, all that good stuff.

**system**: And I know. So before paid media left the office, I did ping Elliot and let him know there are. I know that for the end of June because we're ending the quarter and also the month. And we technically didn't have a full month done when we left office. I did notate where there was the estimates on both non-PO spend and PO spend. So the PO spend, it's under here and then in row. Let's see, J. That will be marked what is estimated.

**system**: But it should be pretty close.

**system**: I know we booked an entry earlier to get all of this in. And I think it looks pretty good. Alex, do you have any other things that you wanted to point out?

**system**: No.

**system**: It looks like most of the estimates were pretty, pretty close. We did just get some tick tock invoices, so I'm tying those out, but. Okay.

**system**: Yeah, I think this was super helpful. Really appreciate.

**system**: You putting it all together before break because it saved us a ton of time. Oh, I'm so happy. Okay, great. So, yeah, I think as we stand right now.

**system**: GL is pretty, pretty close to what the estimate was. I think we're off by, like, maybe 200k from some reversals.

**system**: But, yeah, I think we're, I think we're in good shape.

**system**: Great.

**system**: Yeah. This is probably one of the most efficient ways that we've done this. So big, big kudos to you and, and the team. Oh, I will definitely let them know.

**system**: Always fun looking at the numbers, making sure they're correct, all that good stuff.

**system**: Yeah. And I don't want to ask for too much. But if you guys like doing it this early, feel free. We would love it.

**system**: I would love to get it done super early. It's just about the estimates and making sure it's good, because, of course, I don't want it to be like, okay, this is a good thing. And then God forbid there's an error. So. Exactly. But, yeah, totally understand that. No, I'm glad this worked, because I know that it was going to be kind of funky with the break and people being out of office, but I'm glad it worked.

**system**: Well, I mean, unless there are any changes from.

**system**: What we originally had to now, like, I guess we can give you your time back. Yeah.

**system**: Okay. We'll give you your name real quick to you, Catherine, just confirming. I know this is very redundant and repetitive, but as we, we're gonna have to disclose the Microsoft spend and commitments, we're still using the same supplier. It hasn't converted as of June 30th. Right. We're gonna switch over in July.

**system**: Yes. That is, that is what Microsoft told us. And I did speak to legal because I wanted to make sure it would be a smooth transition just on paper, but that was handled, so we should be good to go. Is there anything you would need on my end when we do end up converting?

**system**: Just a heads up, really. It's more just making sure we're pulling in all the suppliers that would fall under the Microsoft deal or that marketing component. So, you know, what's, I think you've already provided the, the name, the entity, legal entity they're planning on using. So we should be good, good on that front to pull those reports once they make that switch.

**system**: Okay, perfect. Yeah. If anything else comes up that you need more information on, just let me know. I'm happy to dig.

**system**: Awesome. Thank you.

**system**: Yeah, of course. Enjoy your time off.

**system**: Thank you.

**system**: And I feel like I'm going to be blank. I'm in a blank, and then I'm going to come back on Thursday and I'll be like, did I actually have time off? It always feels that way. Please don't be a short winged. Yes. Yeah. Yes. A short week to catch up on all of, all the fun stuff. Oh, yeah.

**system**: Well, thank you again. Of course. Awesome.

**system**: All right. Bye, guys. See you guys.
