Subject: Small EPD finance RFC for Vercel

Hi [Name],

I applied for the Strategic Finance Manager, EPD role and built a small Vercel-hosted RFC-style artifact for the work described in the posting.

It is intentionally synthetic. I am not trying to estimate Vercel's internal COGS from the outside. The artifact shows how I would structure the cost-accountability layer between EPD usage telemetry, product ownership, pricing, forecasting, and launch gates.

The core distinction: I would not blend all "AI COGS." AI Gateway, v0-style generation, Fluid Compute, and Blob/CDN usage have different economics and should be modeled differently.
